The side profile reveals a more dynamic silhouette with sharply defined character lines running across the doors, creating an impression of motion even when stationary.

The greenhouse area features a floating roof design with blacked-out pillars, a styling element typically reserved for premium hatchbacks. The rear completes the transformation with wrap-around tail lamps connected by a chrome strip, elevating the car’s visual appeal from every angle.

Available in seven exterior colors including three new premium metallic options – Splendid Silver, Gallant Red, and Nexa Blue – the Alto 800 allows buyers to express their individuality beyond the traditional white and silver choices dominant in this segment.

The new Alto 800 will be manufactured at Maruti Suzuki’s Manesar facility, which has undergone updates to accommodate the model’s more sophisticated components.

Looking ahead, the platform has been engineered with further electrification in mind, with a full electric version reportedly in advanced development for introduction by 2027.

The company has also indicated plans for alternative fuel variants, including a CNG version that is expected to deliver equivalent of 32.5 km/kg efficiency – maintaining the model’s operating cost advantage even with alternative fuel sources.
